Committee develops plans to increase membership and to increase retention of existing members. Motivate all members to be active in the UVHBA. Develop unity between builder and associate members. Produce Utah Valley Building & Technology Showcase, staff and display booth at Big Business & Technology Expo and Home Expo - in years entered.
Procure speakers for the monthly General Membership Meeting (GMM). Greet and check-in members attending meetings |

Parade of Homes - Builder Tool Box
|
|
Prior to parade, clean and prepare tool boxes for parade use. Assess supplies needed for each tool box. After parade, clean and assess tool box's and prepare for next year's use. |

Parade of Homes - City Liaison/Signs
|
|
Produce directional and lawn signs for the Parade. Place in designated locations to advertise event. |

Parade of Homes - Garage Booths/Cars
|

Help sell garage booths and car space to participating companies. Measure garages to mark spaces available before Parade of Homes. Monitor garages during event. |
